Application for Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission
Parents are required to submit an application for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereafter referred as “ 2025/26RC”) to EDB between the period of September to November 2024. The “2025/26 RC” will be available for applications in September 2024 and EDB will announce and upload the details of application on the EDB’s website (https://www.edb.gov.hk/en/edu-system/preprimary-kindergarten/kindergarten-k1-admission-arrangements/front.html) in due course.

Admission Criteria
1. Agree with the school’s philosophy and integration
2. Interview performance
3. The applicant age matching degree vacancy
4. The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in kindergarten will be given due priority consideration.
5. The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day.
(As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)
Results announcement
Admission results will be announced and sent to parents by post on or before December,2024 (12/2024)
Interview Arrangements
1. The school will arrange interviews with all children who apply for admission to kindergarten.
2. On November 2, 2024, the school will notify parents in a separate letter.
3. Meet in small groups.
4. Parents must accompany the child to the interview.
5. If you need interpretation/translation services, please notify the school at the time of registration.
Registration Arrangements
1. Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 2ndto 4th January 2025 by submitting the original of the “2025/26 RC’ to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.
2. Applicants on the waiting list (by post): Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified dates set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original of the “2025/26 RC” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee.
3. Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the “2025/26 RC” during registration, the kindergarten may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the Registration Certificate to EDB within the specified period.
4. The registration fee for 2025/26: K1 place is HK$970(half day class)/HK$1570(whole day class). If the child concerned studies in the kindergarten, the registration fee paid will be refunded in September. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the “2025/26RC” to parents, but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “2025/26 RC”, the kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child.
